What is vintage:
"Vintage" generally refers to items that are at least 20 years old but less than 100 years old. These items are often characterized by their distinct styles, quality craftsmanship, and association with a specific era. In our case we have items that range from 5,10, and 20+ years old.
What types of items can be considered vintage?
Vintage can apply to a wide range of items including clothing, jewelry, furniture, cars, records, and more. Essentially, anything that was popular in a previous era and is now sought after for its nostalgia and quality can be considered vintage. New age of vintage sellers focus on sustainability. We want to sell you clothes that are gently used but still fit into the trends and styles of today.
Q: What types of items do you sell?
A: We sell a wide range of clothing items from dresses, tops, skirts, and pants as well as bags and accessories.
Q: Are your items in good condition?
All of our items will be categorized by Perfect (items with tags and have never been worn), Excellent (worn items but with no flaws), Good (worn items with small or barely noticeable flaws), or Well loved (items that look and feel vintage sold at a discounted price). The majority of our items are in perfect or excellent condition. All conditions are noted in the description of each listed item.
Q: How often do you get new inventory?
A: We regularly update our inventory to provide fresh and exciting finds. New items are added every week or so. Follow our instagram for the latest updates!
Q: Do you buy vintage items from individuals?
A: We offer a consignment program. Please email Info@rocoucou.com with consignment requests.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: We do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have any major issues with your item please email info@rocoucou.com
Q: How do you ship?
We offer USPS and UPS options at checkout. You will receive a shipping email when your items will ship! All items take 2-3 business days to ship.
